The working process of the twin-screw host: the volume of the element between the teeth (i.e. the working volume formed by each pair of teeth) gradually expands with the rotation of the rotor, and is connected with the air inlet orifice at the lower left of the machine. The gas enters the element volume through the orifice, and the air inlet process begins; After the rotor rotates to a certain angle, when the volume of the inter tooth primitive exceeds the position of the air inlet orifice, it is disconnected from the air inlet orifice, and the air inlet process ends; After the rotor is turned to a certain angle, the volume of the primitive between the two isolated teeth starts to shrink at the same time because the convex teeth of the male screw invade the concave teeth of the female screw, realizing the gas compression process. Until the moment when a pair of primitive volumes are connected with the exhaust orifice; After the primitive volume is connected with the exhaust orifice, the exhaust process starts and continues until the two teeth are fully engaged, that is, when the two primitive volumes are equal to zero due to the full engagement of the two rotors.
